What do you think this Cyclical Flow Drills video?
Cyclical flow drills are perfect for injury rehab / reintroduction to rolling / warm ups / cool downs / or to just get a sweat! The greatest attraction for me has always been that you can do them solo. that’s powerful because nearly everything in jiu-jitsu and grappling is dependent upon a partner. With cyclical flow drills you can drill alone… You just need a small space to move your body. They’re great for improving timing, coordination, precision, building pathways or just to move with no agenda or outcome! Either way…Happy Training Ninjas!
